Overview 
This 2022 Regal 36 XO has been very lightly used and shows beautifully. Reliable twin Yamaha 425 hp engines produce an impressive top speed of around 50 mph and cruise speed of around 36 mph. The living areas and sleeping accommodations far-exceed most other similarly sized vessels. The seating on the aft deck flows through the air-conditioned galley and salon and out to the bow lounging area. The walk-around queen berth in the owner’s stateroom is forward and a second stateroom/gaming lounge is aft. These rooms share a head with stand-up shower. Main Deck Exterior
Entered either from the foredeck or aft deck, the interior portion of the main deck houses the Helm, Salon and Galley.
Helm
On the starboard side is the helm, with 360-degree sightlines and controls and instruments within easy reach of a large, elevated seat. Navigation electronics are just forward of the steering wheel and the throttles/gears and joystick are on the starboard side. To port is a companion seat on the same elevation.

Salon
Salon seating is on the port side and the companion seat for the helm can be lowered to the same height and the backrest flipped to add more accommodation. A clever, removable table is present for food or cocktails. The framed glass aft bulkhead can slide to open up access to the aft deck.

Galley
The cleverly designed Galley accommodates a sink, cooktop and waste bin, hidden under removable sections of the countertop. Two refrigeration drawers are below, as well as storage. A television folds down from the ceiling providing viewing from the salon and aft deck seating.

Aft Deck
Through sliding, framed glass doors is the aft deck. On the port side is seating beneath the overhang of the hardtop and to starboard is a console containing a grill, refrigeration drawer and storage, which becomes part of the Galley when the aft window is dropped. A bench is aft and can be moved fore and aft to create more room on the aft deck or in the walking area forward of the engines, as well as the option of laying the backrest down to form a tanning area. An enormous bilge area is accessible by raising the deck. The generator and a few other systems are in that space and easy to service.

California Queen Owner's Berth
Down a few stairs from the Helm are the Owner’s Berth, forward, and guest berth(s) aft. The Head is to starboard and features a shower stall. The Owner’s Berth is a walk-around California queen with storage beneath. Cedar lines the large hanging locker and a television is easily viewable from the bed and seating area.
