Overview
SALON/CABIN LAYOUT:
The interior of Satori is accessed from a door attached to the aft covered deck. An interior staircase leads to the salon. The port salon is equipped with teak cabinetry. Port salon has a built in liquor cabinet, A futon sleeper couch is found opposite to starboard. Forward in the salon a new 3" granite counter top is found to port and starboard. The starboard granite top facilitates a bar.
Forward and down steps is the galley to port and a U-shaped dinette to starboard. The dinette has been re-upholstered. The galley is equipped with a deep stainless steel farmhouse sink, three burner electric cooktop, new convection microwave oven and stand up110 volt refrigerator/freezer All appliances recently added.
Forward to port is a private head with electrically pumped toilet, sink and shower. The shower is plumbed with a sump pump to an overboard through hull. Opposite the head is a louvered hanging cedar lined locker. All the way forward is the V-berth with new carpet and additional storage below the mattress.
Aft of the salon is the master cabin with functioning private head/shower. The shower also drains into a sump pump. The master cabin is equipped with queen size bed, solid teak cabinetry, 4 teak louvered cedar lined hanging lockers, and new carpet.
The galley, salon and berths are appointed with varnished solid teak cabinetry and teak bulkheads. Solid teak joinery is found throughout. All interior teak is in good condition. The headliner is white vinyl and the sole of the boat is new carpet with varnished teak and holly in the galley. The interior is ventilated with sliding windows, hatches and port holes, custom blinds and privacy exterior screen. The general condition of the interior is excellent.
Electrical Systems
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (D.C. SYSTEM)
BATTERY BANKS:
There are three 12 volt battery banks aboard the vessel. All three banks consist of new 4D lead acid batteries secured under the engine room sole. The first bank is dedicated to house loads and consists of 3 4D, 12 volt batteries connected in parallel to form a single 12 volt bank.The second and third banks is located aft of the house bank and are dedicated to starting the engines (2 4D start batteries) and the generator has it'sown dedicated start battery. All cells for all batteries are full of electrolyte.
DC ELECTRICAL PANEL/CHARGER:
The DC electrical panel is located at forward in the salon and displays volt meters for both DC and AC systems. Overcurrent protection is provided by circuit breakers. All breakers are labeled with their correct loads.
The alternator amperage also charged the battery banks
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (A.C. SYSTEM)
AC ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
The AC electrical panel is found adjacent the DC panel. The AC shore power main breaker is a double pole breaker with a reverse polarity indicator light. Overcurrent protection is provided by circuit breakers. All breakers are labeled with their correct loads. All AC outlets are GFCI protected. All AC outlets functioned with the correct polarity when tested. All AC conductors are marine grade stranded copper wire found well bundled and supported where sighted. The 30 and 50 amp shore power connections and the shore power cables are in good condition.
GENERATORS AND INVERTERS
The vessel is equipped with a new Northern Lights 6 kw generator with 55 hours located in the engine compartment. (New 2023)
The generator started easily from the remote starter circuit. The generator produced 110 volts AC to the ships electrical system when running. All engine fluids are at manufacturers recommended levels. All hoses, clamps and belts for the generator, where observable are in new condition.
INVERTER :
The vessel is equipped with a Xantrex XC Pro 3000 watt inverter that provided110 volt AC to the vessel's electrical outlets. All outlets functioned with the correct polarity and grounding when operating under inverter power.
INLAND NAVIGATION RULE BOOK (12M-39'4" OR LONGER): An Inland Navigation Rule aboard the vessel.
WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN (OVER 40'):
